Q: How should I submit my letter of recommendation?
A: Letters should be turned in with the rest of your application. Do not have your letter writer send the letter in directly to us.
Q: Can I submit my application via email?
A: No. We will only accept applications that have been brought into our office or mailed in time to arrive by the due date.
Q: Can my application be postmarked by the due date?
A: No. Applications must be in our office by May 1, 2017 at 4 pm. No late applications will be considered.
Q: If I’m applying for multiple scholarships, can I use the same letter of recommendation?
A: Yes, but you must have a separate copy of the letter for each scholarship application
Q: Does my letter of recommendation need to be sealed?
A: No, we do not require letters to be sealed?
Q: Can my application be double-sided?
A: No, all pages of your application need to be single-sided.
Q: What should my CV contain?
A: Using the template provided with your application, describe your education, work history, research experience, community involvement, leadership positions, honors, and awards.
