Anesthesia Rotation (University of Utah Hospital) (two weeks)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Emergency Department (University of Utah Hospital) (two weeks)
- Team Approach to Patient Assessment

ENT/Oncology (Huntsman Cancer Hospital) (two weeks)
- Observe/assist ENT Oncology surgeons in the operating room
- Observe the diagnosis and treatment planning for head and neck cancer surgery
- Attend Tumor Board Meetings

Educational Seminars
- Time: Every Wednesday, 1 pm – 5 pm

- Seminar attendance and participation are required of all residents
Pediatric Dentistry Seminars

Emergency On Call
- Each resident is required to take primary and secondary on call assignments throughout the year. Residents gain great experiences by taking on call. They are able to see and treat complex cases on patients.
